Purpose: Authentication and database hosting

Data processed: Account identifiers, workspace data (ICP/leads), and operational metadata

Purpose: Subscription billing and customer portal

Data processed: Billing customer and subscription metadata (payment method details handled by Stripe)

Purpose: Transactional email delivery (e.g., digests) when enabled

Data processed: Recipient email address and email content for delivery

Only used when email features are enabled/configured.

Purpose: Product analytics when enabled

Data processed: Event names and limited event properties (no secrets)

Only used when analytics is enabled/configured.

Purpose: Error monitoring when enabled

Data processed: Error metadata and request IDs (PII minimized)

Only used when Sentry is enabled/configured.
